or 100 MW to 240 MW if the investor wants to do it.

These values are so because in Haiti it is common to buy a plant and sell it to the nearest neighbor much more expensive energy.

Company owning the operating concession:

We give to whoever buys us:
1) Additional concession that we have of 100 MW with Haitian State that does not expire.
2) First option to be able to build the 167,000 Kva transmission line that goes from Comendador to Perigle (16 km) and from there Port-au-Prince (80.5 km) for a total of 96 km.
3) Plans of said transmission line designed by the Dutch company and approved by the Haitian State.
Note: The Haitian State buys photovoltaic energy from 0.1400 to 0.2800 cents; said energy being able to prepaid and even looking for the United Nations to pay said electric bill.
Power extension:
We additionally have 3.5 million m2 adjacent to the land belonging to the concession (448,851 m2). The adjoining land is sold for $ 18 dollars per negotiable m2.
Expand your project developed this time by you to the amount of land we have for it and multiply its utilities.
