Per our conversations, Please note that we now have 100MW new HFO power station
for rental at $0.048 / kwhr on long term contracts.
We have 20MW of these. We have 80MW of the 16CM32 8MW packages as well.
This equipment is for lease only. Our partner the equipment owner wants $0.038/kwhr.
We would like $0.01 for the O&M. Needs to be a long term deal and ideal to get at least $5m up front from client as advance so we can cover shipping and installation. Plant comes with ALL Auxiliaries in eluding fuel farm. Hope this makes sense.
As part of our own due diligence can you please provide the following information to allow us to efficiently evaluate the opportunities:
- Proof of funding (clients bank)
- Whom are the clients
- PPA's for off take
- Land zoned and purchased
- EIA's done
- Geotech done
- Funds for engineering and geotech
- Fuel secured
- Purchase order 'subject too'
- 10% deposit into escrow account 'subject to inspection' etc.
